TERMS: Accounts are payable by C/C or advance
receipt of company check or COD. Net Terms
will be accepted only after credit approval (3
credit references required). $25 fee will be charged
for return checks. A finance charge of 1.5% per
month is applied to all accounts 90 days past due.

Sense reserves the right to determine dealers to
represent the Sense product line.
NEW ACCOUNTS: Placement of initial order
confirms agreement and compliance with Sense terms
and conditions. Payment on first orders by C/C
preferred unless Net Terms have been set up prior to
MINIMUMS: New Account: Opening order minimum
is $500.00, no minimum on follow up
reorders. Existing Accounts: $250.00 minimum on
seasonal and new collections of Sense and
Sensuals first drop orders. No minimum on follow up
RETURNS: Unauthorized returns will be
refused. Claims for defects/shortages must be made
writing within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Pre-authorization is required by phone or e-mail
Sense Customer Service. Defective items will be
replaced or refunded. Returns for reasons other
than defect will be exchanged or credited upon
inspection of goods less a 20% restocking fee and
CANCELLATIONS: No cancellations will be
accepted on ASAP orders. Pre-Season orders must be
cancelled in writing 30 days prior to shipping date.
Refused orders and late cancellations will be
charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping/handling
PACK & HOLD: Postponed orders of more than 2
weeks past original ship date will be charged a
non-refundable 20% pack & hold deposit. Deposit will
be applied to payment when goods ship.
Order will be held up to 2 weeks after which
merchandise will be returned to stock and pack &
hold deposit retained and applied as restocking fee.
